Tenino C3 allocation....bub...bye!

M Street Journal is reporting today that Sandy's Tenino,WA. 93.7 Mhz C3 application is dead because there was no continued expressions of interest. Remember, this was the application which was contingent upon MB 02-136 "Covington" going through. Either this was an extreme oversight on her part, or she knows something that none of us know....that maybe the KMCQ deal is going sideways.
