Tennessee Court Going After Lawyer Ads

The ones that bother me are the ones that begin with, "I'm a non-lawyer spokesman...."

It's true. A great lawyer doesn't need a jingle. Plus, it's tough to make a catchy song about offensive non-mutual collateral estoppel.

The state is considering banning ads with "certain background sounds" in them - like sirens. Good thing R. Dean Taylor doesn't have any albums to promote... :D
