Good morning ladies and gentlemen

I came here for the first time in awhile to ask a question, and then I saw the announcement about Doug Fleming. I don't know Doug so I won't pretend to mourn for him personally, but the announcement almost makes my own question too petty to ask. I hope that Doug would have wanted this site to carry on.

With that said.

I'm wondering what happened to Teri Fields of CC Total Traffic. She was around for a long time and suddenly disappeared. The info I have is that she resigned without notice. Is this accurate or is there something more to the situation. Genuinely curious because she was very personable and interactive on air, it doesn't seem someone like that up and quits over nothing.

I don't have all the specifics, but she turned in notice because Ric Chetter mentioned her leaving a few times during her last week, but I never heard what the new gig would be.... maybe her vacation to N'awlin's a couple of weeks before had something to do with it? Bourbon Street would definitely be much prettier with her on it....

Is this a veiled hint that she moved to NOLA? If not, please forgive the overly broad interpretation and accept my agreement that she'd be a benefit to any street. I was on vacation when this went down so I didn't hear Chetter referring to her leaving. I'm still just speculating as I don't have an inside track at CC. Wish I knew why, is all; abrupt changes in airstaff without notice are never without reason and always make me curious.

Teri if you happen to be reading, maybe make a post and say what's up?

Wow! Thanks so much for the concern! I gave my two week notice and resigned from CC as of 7/1. I just felt it was time to move on. I am currently looking for a gig and have been for four weeks now!!! Anybody want to help a sister out??!! Again, thanks so much for your concern.
