Terre Haute Arbs - The River Down!

From R&R

WTHI still way ahead...but what is up with WINH? Up 3 shares to third in the market? Maybe it's the super-low spot load ...

River Down two, but three book-average is still pretty much the same. First time I remember seeing WFBQ in the TH Arbs though.

And WBOW-FM? Off fractionally. Still, a 5 share is pretty sad for a 50 kw station.

If you follow the link in PTBoardOp's post you can see the 12+ numbers.

WINH did pretty well but didn't dent WTHI's numbers whatsoever!

But seeing as two out-of-market country stations did better than the sports AM combo, I'd say the Terre Haute market remains solidly a country-crazy market.

Thanks, How can Crossroads keep doing nothing with WBOW?? Book after book shows what their offering isn't working, and yet they do nothing. What's up??

Consider: Crossroads is the third largest group in the market, ordered by rating.
Emmis has over 30 shares (including WIBC/WFNI).
Bright Tower has 16 shares.
Crossroads has 12 shares.

As a group, they aren't in a bad ratings position, especially when three of their five stations are rim shots (WSDM, WSDX, and WAXI)

Although I wouldn't be surprised if WFNI gets better ratings next book than the Crossroads AM combo...

I noticed that in Terre Haute the ESPN stations on am 1130 and 1300 made the +12 numbers, will the the fan's 50kw stick duing the day hurt the low powered am's in Terre Haute?
