Terri Stacey

OK...what's going on here? WIBC's morning show still features Terri Stacey but when Stever says Terri will be with us shortly, it's usually some lame pre-recorded feature. Haven't heard any interaction with her recently (I did not listen this morning though, in case they did bring her back live for the I-70 closure). Is this their way of easing her out of the morning show or is it a PPM thing to allow her to take a vacation during the fall book? Whatever it is, something's different at the radio ranch.

2835 N Illinois was the birth of a career.

Over the PA at lunchtime everyone could hear the enthusiasm, the sparkle, the complexity, the personality in the daily announcement of the mobile vending service: "The roach coach has arrived..."

Didn't put the two together until recently.

In the PPM world, there isn't time for interaction with Terri so it seems to me that they are putting her on the street to get some good local content for both Stever and Ed. She is just being used in a different, more focused, way. Sounds good to me.....and all the interviews are canned now to make sure the marks are hit for news, weather & traffic.

Thanks for the explanation YoungGun...this PPM stuff is (yet another) new world & it's going to be interesting listening/watching to see where it goes.
