Texas Motor Speedway Station

Did anyone else notice that Friday morning Jody Dean and the Morning Team were broadcasting live from Texas Motor Speedway... even interviewing drivers... Keep in mind that they are the morning show for KLUV "The Classic Hits Station". Meanwhile, 105.3 The Fan "The Sports Station" and the home of Texas Motor Speedway were not there. Jagger and Barskey were in their studio and the topic of discussion... Larry King's divorce. Go figure. :-\
 
I'm sorry, did you say 105.3 was a sports station? The times I tune in the morning, Jagger and crew are talking about Dancing With The Stars, or somesuch and in the afternoons, Artie is waxing poetic about his kid in the emergency room.

Jeff haven't you figured out the Jagger morning show is not sports. They may be on a sports station but that's it in fact even calling 105.3 a sports station is pushing it.
 
Wasn't 105.3 The Fan at TMS all weekend? I tuned in to Newey and Richie and the afternoon show on Friday and heard them live from TMS. I wonder why Jagger wasn't there.

I also heard some guys broadcasting from the race on Saturday.

Are you sure you aren't reaching for some hate on this one?
 
No it was on 105.3 but during the football season the TMS broadcast was on KLUV I think. Just wasn't sure where it was going to be.

It's better on the scanner anyway. The MRN guys are a hoot when they are in commercials and breaks.

I know you didn't say 103.3. If you would have read my post I said that they (meaning 105.3) were out at TMS on Friday along with 103.3.
