Text to Speech website

I am looking for an easy way to take text to speech. Someone posted a website(s) on this board that would do this sometime ago but I can't find it using the search tool. It seems like there were options for the voice accent, English - Valley Girl - etc.

Try this:

"Crystal" and "Mike" are pretty much the same as the male and female voices on NOAA weather radio. "Rich" is a deeper male voice (some would say it's a "black" male voice), "Lauren" is a young female voice (teenage-ish), and "Claire" is an older female voice which sounds surprisingly similar to Florence Henderson.
