TFT EAS Unit Question

Hello,

I recently purchased a TFT EAS 911 PLUS box. It claims to be a CAP compatible unit. I cannot find a users manual anywhere online except for the FCC filing (BIOEAS911PLUS). Was wondering if anyone has/had one in the field and could provide some input. The unit boots up and displays the interface on the touch screen, but then goes black after a couple seconds and only displays a cursor. This is a very odd unit and I am not sure many were made. My box came from California.

Any insight is appreciated. Much thanks.
