Thanks to 640 WGST for airing the Skip Caray Memorial live from Christ The King Church in Buckhead. While the mass portion was a bit long, it was well worth the wait to hear Pete, Ernie, and others say kind words and tell funny stories about Skip.
I know WGST doesn't get many positive things said about them on this board, but this time they came through. Again, thanks WGST.
We'll miss you Skip.
 
I agree!! This was the longest I listened to WGST in quite some time (including Braves games, which I listen to on a clearer channel). It is about time GST does something right for a change.
 
I missed it. Hope its on the site. I miss you Skip! :'( His passing still makes me want to cry. I have been hearing or seeing him for like 28 years! Hope he shines down on us and gets us another WS Championship!
 
They will also be streaming the memorial service at Turner Field today at 10am.
