There are some that missed the boat 3 years ago and are stuck continuing to operate in a down economy when they thought they would be "on a beach somewhere collecting 10%". Sale prices are going to be consistently low as lenders are looking for low entry points to reduce risk. Some, like Saga and Bonneville are solid and will weather the storm well. The others that have over budensome debt will collapse and perpetuate the death spiral that is broadcasting today.

Looks like Clear Channel will be saved by their outdoors division. Patially anyway. IF the economy turns in time, they might hang on until August '10. Citadel? Goodnight, put a fork in it. Jan, 15th is coming up fast with no help in sight.
