And if they did maybe they can help at the new expanded (onto FM within the 128 belt) WEEI, or WEEI.com 
Mike running occasional promos saying "WEEI Sportsradio is coming to 93.7 on Monday morning" with Red Sox, various hosts, etc.
Tonight WRKO ran Thu night football (Packers-Saints). In the future you might see something like
Sox game on 93.7, football on 850...

From what the WEEI page/press release said they plan to put the same programming on both; at the very least I think they'd have a few weeks or some time to do that even if they did want to put ESPN-only on
850. There may be the idea that some people might not get 93.7 clearly if they're to the west or south
(Worc.?) but WEEI has sister stations that can cover the territory. Even if Worc. has a pirate which
is on the same freq., or next to, 105.5 from Easthampton etc.
When WEEI switched from 590 to 850 there was a week or so of simulcasts I think. I do remember the
promos; said signal would be better etc.
Indeed there could be one program/event on FM and another on AM; no more bumping to RKO but who knows.

Directional 850 WEEI is weak in Worcester by day, and practically inaudible there at night. That was why they got WVEI Worcester 1440 AM.
