Thanks for the renewed publicity about
www.wsbhistory.com -- but Larry, look a little further and you'll find there is a travel agent! Clark Howard was a very successful travel agent prior to his work at WSB and today acts as a travel advisor in his Friday Flyer show on the mighty 750.
Many WSB veterans either left the business to go on to successful careers in other fields or into related fields. The history site gladly documents the lives of these folks -- many good, some not so good, but I hope it is always interesting.
The site has not been updated for a few months - I promise you new things in the coming months - including audio files of historic broadcasts.
Keep in mind the site is independent of WSB and Cox Radio - just a personal labor of love from a guy who has spent half his working life at WSB. No ads, no clutter, just a lot of information, pictures and soon - audio. I hope you all enjoy time prowling the site - and e-mail me with any suggestions, updates, etc.
P.S. Yes, I know the site's mail box is full. Give me a day -- and check back for the guestbook to be added this week too.
