I bet there's a very good reason why people forgot about your stand-up career... the same reason why people forgot about Milli Vanilli, I'll bet... :D
 
It seems like EVERYBODY hates Nick Cannon for every reason possible!!

Well, sign me up on that list. It's one thing to have a mediocre morning show in the #1 market in the U.S. It's another thing to have a countdown show that's similar to Perez Hilton's countdown show. But it's COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to have all these perks because you're married to Mariah Carey!!!

I find it hard to take Nick Cannon seriously during Morning drive. His show isn't that much different from Puddin's Playhouse here in Detroit (AMP Radio), which is frustrating.
 
Did you hear that Mariah Carey is going to be a judge on Simon Cowell's new "X Factor" show? I wonder how much pull Mr. Mariah had in that...Heck, if he really wants to be another Ryan Seacrest, he can host it! ::)
 
He gets a morning show, a countdown show... and somewhere in a small or medium market is a jock busting his or her ass to get to the next level that won't be open because of Hollywood people being handed radio shows in the major markets. Or not being able to get on a station because that plague Seacrest is taking up the middays.

EXACTLY!!! They need to stop handing Holywood a golden ticket and let those who are SERIOUS about radio get their time to shine
 
And those that are serious about radio will do a better job and understand the mechanics of connecting to an audience much better. If Nick Cannon isn't #1, does he really care? If he gets fired, other than the bruise to the ego, he isn't losing his lifestyle. In fact, I'm not really sure why the hell he gets up at 4am to do radio. I sure as ---- wouldn't if I had Mr. Mariah Carey money.
 
Harold Camping is also getting a countdown show beginning tomorrow through May 21st. "Brother Harry's Top 30 Miracles of All Time". No word on what will fill the time slot on the 22nd...
 
Ba-zing! Something tells me this countdown won't involve Smokey Robinson or Jefferson Starship. ::)
