That's No Bull!!!!

Hi, we've changed the name, just a little, so if you want old country in Miami & Vicinity, why not try South Florida Country online at WWOKRadio.com or SouthFloridaCountry.com

Alan Micheal's is got quite a few stations running on the net with every kind of music and some of the same legendary jocks playing the stuff. It's a very well done representation of what was on the air in the 1970's thru 1990's.

In addition to that, I've been producing "Pat's Country Classics®" for the last three years. It's three hours on the weekend, airing on great over the air stations in the US & UK, plus a couple of internet stations.

I'd love to chat with the powers that be at Beasley's Kiss in Miami. It's barter and even though we broadcast the show from the birthplace of NASCAR, Hickory, NC, we chat about my 37 years in Miami/Fort Lauderdale. It's really a no-brainer for them to air this, like so many other stations are doing on the weekend.

Does anyone know the Sales Manager. I want to talk to him first, before any PD. A lot of people remember me down there and I bet we can get an advertiser or two. Most of you guys, know, I was the 15 year voice of Publix, "where shopping is a Pleasure".... of coarse that's with a purchase of seven dollars or more, excluding tobacco products. (grin)

Give me a shout at: [email protected]

Cheers

Pat,

CBS will take over the station as part of a bigger swap with Beasley.

From All Access:

FTC, DOJ Clear Beasley-CBS Swaps

The FTC and DEPT. OF JUSTICE have cleared the way for the BEASLEY-CBS RADIO swaps in PHILADELPHIA, MIAMI, TAMPA and CHARLOTTE, with the FTC on FRIDAY issuing early termination notices of its anti-trust inquiries in the swaps between the GEORGE BEASLEY Estate Reduction Trust and CBS CORPORATION Chairman SUMNER REDSTONE.

WKIS is one of those stations.
