(Wilco) I tuned into 101.9 (K270CO) and somehow both the translator and KTAE are both dead air. What just happened?

I never knew about the station broadcasting dead air, also I picked up (K270CY) Tejano 1600 & 101.9 very clearly.What's odd about it?

Maybe the Tejano station is causing problems for KTAE's 101.9?
Well not really, I also tuned in on 1260 AM and it also was airing dead air.Maybe the Tejano station is causing problems for KTAE's 101.9?

Maybe both 101.9s can co-exist for a while, but I imagine some people will get them confused. One will probably want to change channels.

I think there is too much overlap with 99.3 and the 101.9 translator in Georgetown. Then again too much signal overlap doesn't seem to be a consideration with La Raza being on 104.9 and 95.1.Maybe Magia should move to like 99.3 since Austin has over 3 regional mexican stations and 99.3 would fit well with Spanish AC.
If they flipped 99.3 to Magia then they could simulcast Leyendas on 101.9 since 98.5 and 101.9 are very complimentary signals.
