That's when I reach for my revolver!!

I heard Clint Conley of Mission of Burma doing a guest DJ thing on Mike today.
He got to play 3 songs, "Waterloo" by ABBA and 2 other ones,He didn't play anything by Mission of Burma.

That would have been a stretch even for Mike's audience who probably thinks Mission Of Burma is a new Jackie Chan movie.

As much as I love Burma, nobody listening to Mike knows who he or that band is. Very strange programing move.

Gee, Isn't Mission of Burma some Baptist group that feeds the hungry of south Asia!?!

Why would Mike or his few listeners have any interest in either kind of "Mission of Burma" anyway? Seems typical of the poor judgement exercised by those who program this station on behalf of Entercom.

The point I made was that I LOVE THE BAND MISSION OF BURMA but I dont think any of Mike's audience or those that they are trying to attract knows that band at all. IF he is the producer of Chronicle (that I admit I dont know) I doubt he did a guest dj stint as "the producer of chronicle" not exactly much of a draw to John Q average Boston radio listener. You're forgetting that people in mmedia may know the names of behind the scenes media people, the public does not, and they wouldnt care if they did.
