the 102.9 pirate is at it again in Smyrna

seems even stronger than before, heard it all the way up south cobb drive until I got to Lockheed...same God squad overmodulated crappy mono carrier as before. must be one of those turd in a box imports, splatters badly down 200KHz. he must have this one on a high spot. anyone else here this crap?
 
I heard an open carrier a few weeks ago on 102.9, seemed to be strong from downtown, around the NW. Is this pirate in stereo?

I just checked and yes, it's back on again sounding just as bad as it did before. The Spanish pirate on 88.9 in Smyrna is back on as well.
