The 2026-2027 syndication thread

For those curious exactly which shows are involved:

1. Hot Bench
2. Inside Edition
3. Entertainment Tonight
4. The Perfect Line
5. The Flip Side
6. Jeopardy!
7. Wheel of Fortune
8. The already mentioned Drew Barrymore Show which snagged a two-year renewal.

New to fall:

1. Adam's Law: Judge Judy spin-off court show.
2. America's Funniest Videos: the (somewhat) more modern version with Alfonso Ribeiro
3. American Mayhem an "extreme video" show.

Curious we still don't know if Ghosts is airing though I still think it has a solid shot.

That’s interesting to see America's Funniest Videos being syndicated through CBS Media Ventures. I always thought Disney owns the show and their syndicator is 20th Television.

I'll check it out I like the business on sports side of things that interest me. I could see it on WXMI FOX17 replacing Access Hollywood at 7:30PM, ARC-WMI, CW6 or WXSP.

Are reruns of Maury from NBCU returning for 26-27 season?

How about CBS’ Judge Judy reruns?

And what about Warner’s Judge Mathis and The People’s Court?

I thought that Ghost was going to be cleared this year doesn't it have enough EP's for M-F run? CBSMV doing what NBCU does with Chi Fire & PD kinda surprised they haven't put Chi Med in syndication along with L&O SVU & Suites.

Outside of talk/game/reality programming, does any studio still produce live action TV series for direct to syndication sales? Early US TV was chock full of shows like "Sea Hunt," "Kit Carson," "Annie Oakley," Foreign Intrigue," Abbott and Costello," etc. I'm guessing it's cheaper to buy syndication rights to former network programming and/or talk/game/reality shows than pay for a new syndicated series.
