The 3 Russian FM Stations

New York has 3 HD subchannels broadcasting in Russian. There is Radio Reklama Russkaya on WXNY 96.3 HD3; Freedom FM on WXNY 96.3 HD4 (and the 104.7 translator); and WUSA on WWPR 105.1 HD2. Each has hosts, along with a wide variety of music in Russian, English and other languages.
I don’t speak Russian, but tune them in occasionally because the mix of tunes from several countries is often quite entertaining. To me all 3 seem very similar.
Are there any Russian speakers that can say whether there are any significant differences between them?
