Listening to the past 2 weekends of the Top 40 Countdown. Each weekend, the VJ's has back announced the last song (Nina Blackwood read "Little Red Corvette" when the song was "Raspberry Beret"). Last weekend, Alan Hunter intro'd a Elton John song with a cute thing that Elton's kid likes a particular book, even though he is only 6 months old. Ahh Sweet!
Song:
Outro: Martha Quinn says the EXACT same thing that Alan Hunter had intro'd: The cute story how Elton John' son..blah blah blah.
We know the channel is voice tracked. That was evident since day one. How many sloppy mistakes is tolerable to Sirius. I will be listening next weekend. This is better than Raw Dog. There they try to be funny. The jocks aren't. Also, they need to buy a Automatic Gain Leveler. When the jocks talk over the song, the music drowns them out to the point the jock is an annoyance.
