The Aircheck List-Download the form now

Hi Guys, I finished the form for the information sheet for the Master Aircheck List I'm putting together, and it's available for download from YSI. There is a field for phone numbers. Your phone number will NOT be published unless you say so. I just find it convenient to have it if I want to call someone instead of emailing them. Thanks to Skim for the basic outline, and John Y. for his help.

Here's the link:

Fill them out, and email it completed to me, and I'll start working on it! Thanks! Matt
______________

Matt, will we be able to get a print out of the aircheck list when it's finished, and a periodic update when it changes?

I don't have any other sources other than most of you guys for airchecks. Sure, I've gotten a couple airchecks here and there from people who are not in the hobby, but did me a favor. So what I'm saying is, could this be an avenue for some of us to have access to other traders that IE. you might have, but who don't necessarily post much or at all on this board?

Mike,
That's the whole purpose of this list. I'm going to contact people I trade with who do NOT frequent this board, as should everyone else, and ask them if they want to be included. Once you save this list, you can send it to anyone you want to, and I can always update the list. I want to have at least 20-30 people respond before I finish the first version.
______________

Matt,

You asked for Exact Community/Arbitron Name & Number. For those of us who aren't up on all the markets - and since I receive several markets and travel a lot. Can you share or give us a link to a list of markets?

I also posted the form on my website just in case someone wants to participate after the week or 25 downloads from ysi is over. You can also get it from http://www.angelfire.com/nj4/airchecks/airchecklist.doc

PS. I also don't want to put my address in for the general population. My phone number is listed, so it's easy to get it once you have my address. Plus that gives me more concern for me sending out advance notice of my trips.

Hi John, I tried the link to the document, and it didn't work. In your case I guess someone would have to request your address once a trade is decided upon. This list is more for building up a network of traders known to us on this board, and those that aren't. If you trade with people who do NOT visit this board, tell them what we're doing, and ask if they wish to participate, have them fill out the form and send it to me. You and I will be the only ones with the full list, not the edited version that will go out.
______________

Crud..

The link worked before, then angelfire clamped down on it, sigh. I guess it's
"against" their rules, phewy.

Matt - what fields are we sharing with everyone??

Thanks Neal for the link.

Shared Fields will be name, email and mailing address, and of course anything having to do with airchecks. Sometimes mailing address and home address are different, so that's up to the person. Phone numbers will only be held by you and I if they are provided, and I hope people will trust us enough to provide that info.

I want to state again what the purpose of this list is for: To build a large network of aircheck traders beyond our own lists. If we each contributed two or three people that are not on this board, or markets that we don't have access to, that would make this project a success. Everyone must help and contribute to make this work. Thanks to everyone so far who has provided their information.
______________
