That's right, my favorite radio station WMJJ has been invaded by a man from another planet named Lance Ballance. He has taken what was once a great station and has started playing this modern day racket they call music on a station that I, at age 35 along with my family once enjoyed because they played oldies on weekends, now they have all this stupid IHeart crap on weekends and have taken away my Songs you can sing along to weekends! Lance Ballance must go! ::) I wish Tom Hanrahan would come back and program Magic 96.5 and bring it back to what I knew as a kid and growing up. All this TLC and other artists like that are not what I consider good music. On top of that, the radio imaging sucks!
 
Welcome to the new Clear Channel programming model. It wouldn't matter if Hanrahan was still there. Their hands are tied.

So this is more than just a move to bring in listeners displaced by 94.5's move to sports talk from... Whatever they tried and failed to be music-wise? ;)

That seems doubtful, considering that 94.5 plummeted in the ratings after the departure of Rick & Bubba. Their music was clearly not enough to keep the station relevant. Thus, we had the flip to Hot AC, and the eventual flip to 'Jox.
