well i know i started another thread but now its official. sunny 103.3 is here with the rick and bubba show in the morning :eek: another worthless redneck hillbilly duo. no wonder there were no fireworks flying off the radar over this one. at least its better than diva 103.3. but unfortunatly its just back to the previous format. ac. if they are back to ac..will red be back to rock soon ;)

Not likely. Judy Ellis of Citadel was against putting a rock format on in Baton Rouge when the former GM and Operations Manager slipped Rock 93.7 on through the back door back in 2002. She dumped it as soon as it became convenient and she had the right puppets in place to pull the plug for her.
 
Unless they are trying to reslip rock back with the currents in the playlist at Red....

Talking about new country... Steve and DC are apparently outta here... Or at least was claiming to be all local mornigns with new music on this morning....

Steve and DC would fit better on sunny 103.3 than two who love Nascar who could fit on a softer than ac station (I'm sorry but John Tesch explains the direction.. instead of going HOt a/c they go sappy..jeez)

Sounds like an exact clone of Y94.5 to me. If so, when R&B and Tesh aren't on, the music will be 20% CCM, 40% tired 80s chestnuts, 20% overlap with their other stations in the market, and 20% promos reminding you that R&B and/or Tesh are on that station.

Citadel has no clue about AC. Actually, do they have a clue about anything other than country?

according to yes there is no ccm. just sappy ac that my wife even says sucks! shes 24..
