THE ANIMALS HAVE IT!

The Bunny Hop - Ray Anthony
(off game comment) Explain the dance moves to the Bunny Hop to some younger generation and watch the blank look on their faces

(off game comment) Same blank look if you mention "Ray Anthony" ;D

The Chicken Dance (Dance Little Bird) - Speaking of deer in the headlights
A Chicken Ain't Nothin' But A Bird - Nellie Lutcher

Surfin' Bird - The Trashmen

What's New, Pussycat - Tom Jones

Hand For The Hog – Roger Miller

"Well I always heard, I ain`t too sure
That a man`s best friend is a mangy cur
I kinda favor the hog myself,
How `bout a hand for the hog?

Say a hog ain`t nothin` but a porky thing
Little forked feet with a nosey ring
Pickle them feet folks,
How about a hand for the hog?

If you took a notion I bet
A good hog would make a hell of a pet
You could teach him to ride and hunt
You could clean him up and let him sit up front
Do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-doo

In the scheme of things, the way things go,
You might get bit by the ole Fido
But not that gentle porker friend
How `bout a hand for the hog?

A feller an` a hog had a comedy act
The feller was terrible as a matter of fact
That hog was a funny sucker, though
How about a hand for the hog?

If you took a notion I`ll bet
You could teach a hog to smoke a cigarette
Well it might take a little bit a time,
but hell, what`t time to a hog? ha

[ fiddle ]

Well the way I see it, it looks like this,
Either you ain`t or either you is
A true blue lover of the swine folks.
How about a hand for the hog?
Do-do-lit, do-do-lit, Do-do-lit, do-do-lit,..."

Flying Purple People Eater - Big Bopper

I guess thats a kind of animal :D
"purple people eater meets the witch doctor" by big bopper and joe south....I believe?

Didn't Sheb Wooley have the best-known version of "The Purple People Eater"? He wrote the song and had the hit with it.

My former neighbors had this old '49 Ford that they kept parked in their front yard. Almost never drove it; hardly ever even moved it! I understand that they constantly had offers from people wanting to buy it from them, but they never sold it. Not sure what ever happened to that car. It was actually sort of maroon in color, but I often referred to it as the "purple people eater." I think the "purple people eater" (the song) was actually a reference to a monster, but I thought maroon was close enough to purple to apply the name to that car!
