I have to agree, always like Leibo and he would be a great fit for Free. I wouldn't mind seeing this line up:
6-10 am Adam Corolla
10-12pm Leibo
12-4pm Don and Mike
4-7pm Kid and Ruben
7-10pm Tom Leykis
10-1am Phil Hendrie
1-6am Free FM music or plug in the Frosty Heidi and Frank show

Leibo is a great suggestion, i personally dont listen to KTAR anymore because he isnt there. he would be awesome on free.
