The Astros needs to be shown on Local TV-Once Again.

Well, apparently the attention has gone up north to The Astros' main rivals, The Dallas Rangers as Their games are shown exclusively shown on Fox Sports SW; But, they have an exclusive window to show the Rangers' games every Friday on TXA 21. I was thinking The Astros may do the same thing by putting their Friday Games over on KPRC for the remainder of The 2013 MLB season. The Comcast deal hasn't been working for BOTH The Astros & The Rockets, with nothing to be resolved with carriage issues among the other TV providers out there in the Houston Area. (i.e., DishTV, AT&T, & DirecTV) With nothing to be solved...

The "Dallas Rangers" was a minor league team that played variously in the Texas League, American Association, and the Pacific Coast League between 1958 and 1964. Long gone. ;D

Absolutely no way the Astros move remaining games to OTA. Their record is horrible, and whatever interest there still is will plunge during the rest of the season. Why would any station want this, unless the Astros make a time buy?

Although an NBC affiliate, Comcast doesn't own KPRC.

The Astros have to improve the on-the-field product to have any leverage with CSNH.

The Astros are pretty much well heading off to another miserable 100+ loss season in the first year of existence in the A.L. But, look on the bright side. The Rockets' have picked up Dwight Howard from The Lakers, boasting a strong lineup that also features Lin & Harden. They'll be on top & well ready for The 2013-14 NBA season. But , just wait until Superman (Howard) is welcomed back to The Stapler in L.A. Might be hearing a lot of boos while Darth Vader's theme ("The Imperial March"-From "The Empire Strikes Back") is blaring all over the P.A. speakers.
