I found this quote from R&R pretty interesting.

"Who would have expected in the second half of the first decade of the millennium that -- of all formats -- oldies was destined to become the hot new thing?[EDIT]"

Wow - Oldies. What a great idea!

Yeah, but does "oldies" mean Maurice Williams or AC/DC?

Hey don't give Chimp Channel any ideas. This week they have already changed their best XM A/C offering "Sunny 24" to "Pink 24". I'm all for Cancer awareness but do they think only women listen to A/C music? This has to be the most boneheaded move yet.

Hi EGG good to see you posting again!

Mike

First off, sorry about posting info from the Site Who Shall Not Be Named.

Hi Mike. If you listen carefully, you can hear my wife saying "egg.....let it go."

yeah, but Egg...we both know radio is a disease, you know, like alcoholism, gambling, etc. We'd probably do better to get a real job like stealing or prostitution, you know, a real upstanding career.

Sometimes I think we were all the kids in high school with the kick me signs on our back. We like abuse!

K--- oh never mind, I don't do that anymore!

Chimp Channel?

It's actually ABC Radio Networks that hired the chimp from Mix 106. Unforgettable Favorites followed by Timeless.
