"In court papers, Henry Robinson claims he was among a number of people who wanted to take pictures of Smiley after he arrived at Dallas' Love Field. After taking a shot of Smiley with his cellphone, Robinson asked to take a picture with Smiley, who refused. It’s alleged Smiley then began calling Robinson “the gay security guard” and “******” at the airport, and days later on his radio show. Soon after, Robinson lost his job.
