The Blitz and Rock Hog stations - still off air?

If they were in the Destiny Communications cluster (I'm fairly new to the GF areas, so I'm not 100% sure) it's because Destiny is essentially bankrupt. The radio stations went first, sometime over the summer, and then KTGF-16 went all-Jesus and into receivership in late August.
