The Block expands to Spartanburg

Entercom's urban/hip-hop station 96.3 The Block, which seems to be making a dent into Hot 98.1 (which as I had mentioned in the Winter ratings book dropped to 3.9 to a 5.6), launched a second signal on 104.5 to cover the Spartanburg area. It'll be interesting to see how well it does with both transmitters and how badly it hurts Hot. That second signal is also really strong and clear.

Do they have local jocks? Steve Harvey on a hip-hop station is a wreck! The Breakfast Club would've been a better choice.
