OMG!

How about Tracy and Eddie? Do you haters feel stupid?

And what happened at Miss Patty's Palace on Reading Road? Bonneville can't be happy.

Allow me to play the devil's advocate on Miss Patty's Place...I worked for Ms. Marshall and found her to be quite a gifted programmer. The Winter book made me scratch me arse in disbelief, though. Could I've been wrong all along? Perhaps. However, I think it's fair to say that Jim Bryant is equally, if not principally responsible for the reflected Winter failure w/in the cluster. Hey, Bonnie! Dump the "big guy" and bring in someone who has a clue where this market is concerned!

It surprising that B105 took a big hit, but look at WEBN, all the way down to 4th. It's safe to say that both 949 The Sound & 96Rock took a big chunk out of WEBN. You could put dead air on WLW and people would listen.

Once WEBN decides to get rid of all the dinosaurs that are on the airwaves (I'm talking about the jocks and songs that are on the air), then they should concentrate on being a "real" rock station again. The classic rock that has been played to death in this market (and on WEBN) has not been doing them any favors over the past couple of years. It just sounds ... tired. When I tell my out of town radio friends that Skynyrd and Zeppelin still have a home on WEBN, they just shake their heads and wonder why.

As for Eddie & Tracy - I'll say this: It's refreshing to hear two guys have a conversation and take calls. It's different from what permeates the airwaves these days, and I'll give the WLW PD credit for doing something that not a lot of other people are willing to do doing these days - something different.
