The book is in!

Radio Pro, dude...radio stations are sold via multiples of cash flow....therefore AGM has increased value through cash flow....3 times where they must have been....and the other boys haven't....that's how you value a radio station....So AGM's investment has tripled where the others haven't. Do you understand? I don't know if AGM's for sale....but if they wanted to, the could dump it for 3 times their original investment. Where as CC and Citadel would lose money on their original investment. When you buy a 100 million dollar radio group, ie Citadel..you should be profiting 8-10 million or 8-10% on your money, the same you could get on another investment...on the low end.

Wake up big guy....it's not that AGM is suckin at 3rd position in revenue in Albuquerque...they have tripled thier money over everyone else and that is what Farid, the Mays and everyone else want over market rank every day. Thanks for your time!

Frank E..dude..Duh!

Thanks for the non-lesson.

Ergo, my question..are you for sale?

I would suspect the gain you describe would be diluted by debt.

::)

Wow.

I guess the cluster that is taking almost 1/2 the market revenue must be taking a bad beat
from the cluster that calls #3 a success and puts one station (if things are really good maybe two)
in the top 10 25-54.

Enough of the internet arm wresting.

But, I am curious. If Citadel paid 100 mil for the cluster, can you/someone break out the transactions and what was paid for each station. I know they bought KKOB AM/FM out of bankrupcy for cheap.
