The box HD-2?

Any idea what it will be? I saw they have HD 2 on but no audio.

Would classic hip hop/rap stimulate demand for hd radio receivers?

This city is long over due for a classic hip hop station

To bad it can't be on the regular air waves. Or can it?

HD is overall a big time fail if they do add classic rap hiphop r&b to the HD 2 I will be protesting big time put classic rap hiphop r&b on 97.9 & movew the lame as new skool crap to the HD 2

To bad.... I really enjoy HD if I can get the signal. Most of the time I can.

It could be Gospel, Christian Rap, or Zydeco. But if KBXX is doing well in the ratings their main signal's format will not change, so jras I guess you better get your signs ready. :)

KMJQ Majic 102, or KBXX should air a R&B Oldies for HD2, or HD3. The market has been nonexistant since 2001 after the demise of Houston's Jammin Hits, and the KYOK "Solid Gold Soul 1590."

;D

I predict that at some point, Radio One will move the gospel off of the 92.1 HD channel to another Houston property so they can kill HD on 92.1 for better signal coverage. I can't tell if 92.1 still broadcasts HD or not, but the website for Praise Houston calls it Praise 102.1 HD2 so maybe its already moved.

92.1 never turned on its multicast.

Praise has always been on 102.1 HD-2 since the format changed on 92.1.

News 92 still runs its HD. Turning HD off doesn't help your analog coverage.

It would help the stability of the signal in the fringe areas. I'm in Humble/King wood area and the constant back and forth between the analog and digital gets tiresome.
