The Breeze Orlando?

I was reading an article on Inside Radio about the resurgence in popularity of the soft AC format across the country, in particular Iheart's "Breeze" stations. One of the stations mentioned in the article now using the "Breeze" branding is an Iheart HD channel in Orlando. Does anyone know which Orlando station is using the "Breeze" name and which HD channel? I cannot find any info online concerning it. Thanks!

"The Breeze" is an iHeart music channel, airing on an HD2 or HD3 signal in many cities. In NYC, its on the HD3 signal of iHeart AC station 106.7 WLTW. So I'd say the first place to look would be iHeart's AC station in Orlando, 107.7 WMGF. See if it might also be on WMGF's HD3 signal.

Wikipedia says WMGF has two HD channels, its regular AC format on HD1 and Smooth Jazz on HD2. But until it launched The Breeze in NYC, WLTW also had only two HD channels. When it decided to put The Breeze in NYC, it started up a third HD channel. So WMGF-HD3 is your best bet.

If it isn't there, try iHeart's other FM stations in Orlando, WJRR, WRUM, WTKS and WXXL. And you can also hear it by just going to "The Breeze" on the iHeart platform... https://www.iheart.com/live/the-breeze-8143/

This feed airs the legal I.D.s for KSNE-HD2 Las Vegas. But it's the same playlist heard nationally on the HD2 and HD3 channels of other iHeart stations. Those other cities simply plug it their own legal I.D.

I don't have an HD radio, in fact I don't know anyone who has an HD radio, but from what I do know WMGF's HD3 is a simulcast of 540 WFLF. So perhaps they have either added an HD4 there or dropped the Jazz on the HD2. Of course it could also be on one of their other stations HD subchannels as well.

"The Breeze" is on WXXL 106.7-HD3.

On a side note, there is an LPFM. WRXW-LP 92.7 Smooth FM (Winter Park) was doing okay on my car radio for a good year when they first debuted, before another religious station on the same frequency has been interfering with the signal where I'm located.

Well for the 2 people that check the HD radio, it seems like wxxl HD3 is finally running the stereo audio. It was mono for who knows how long. It's nice not hearing the country on 2 hd 3s. LOL

106.7 HD3 is still in stereo. The signal on the HD3 is lower than the HD1 on XL. Orlando previously had a Soft AC station on 107.7 until it changed to Adult Contemporary in 2011. 94.5 had the Soft AC format for over 20 years until it was sold and switched to Country, and then Urban AC, where it still stands today.
