The Bull's 21st nationwide caller

I have a question. I listen to the Bull at work, and noticed that they are giving away like $1000 every hour or something like that. At the top of the hour, the jock says, 'be the 21st nationwide caller at some 800 number'. Does this mean that every station in that company is doing that contest then or what? Obviously not local contest as no winner is announced. Help me out.

The contest involves multiple Clear Channel stations, with different contest branding for each station, but not all 700+ of them.

Like all things CC, it's a money-saver. Why spend $1,000 in 100 local markets when you can have the listeners in 100 local markets compete for just one prize? Sure, your individual odds of winning are reduced a hundredfold, but bidness is bidness.
