I am going to say it most likely has to do with the fact that it might be tough to sell something when you are not exactly sure who or how many are going to be listening. I am sure as they begin to pull in some data on how many listeners utilize the stream and from where etc. They will be able to tailor some packages to advertisers, or maybe as ad-ons to their regular spots.
