The Buzz questions?

I just had two quick questions about 105.3 The Buzz. I'm really liking the station but have trouble tunning it in in Marietta. Where is there tower located and how many watts do they transmit at? I checked www.radio-locator.com but I didn't see them listed.

The Buzz's tower is just north of Newnan, next to WALR-FM's tower. The power is 61,000 watts at a high height (something like 1200 feet) so the station should city grade Marietta.

I thought the tower was in Bowden. Or else, why the heck are they saying Bowden at the top of the hour ?

Eve

I guess thats why most my friends and co-workers that live in Marietta and North cant pick it up to well :( Guess we will have to wait till they broadcast @ a stronger strength.

Bowden is their city of liscence, nothing more. Now-a-days it means nothing.

That's the way I love to hear my DISTURBED, and TOOL every 20 minutes - Nice and STATICKY (sp?) Yeah not the greatest signal or the greatest variety - but hey they're tryin.
