The Carolina Penguin

does this station exist? allaccess has it listed as WUIN a AAA station owned by Ocean.is that all current and accurate? their website (http://www.carolinapenguin.com/) has very little on it and the newest thing seems to be the top 100 of 2004.can anyone offer a little info/update about this station?thanks!

Well, The website is now dead, probably due to the domain name expiring.

Sea Comm is scrambling to try and make a dollar

The only station that they showed growth on was that worthless FM talk station

Pretty sad that with 4 FMs....all with great coverage and wattage....that they can't crack the Top 5 12+

The classic rock combo at 6,000 and 25,000 watts is getting run out of town by a 3100 watter.

Don't they have an AM there too...it doesn't even show up.

As for the Penguin, that station is on LMA and it doesn't seem like Sea Comm is gonna end up with it....Could any other group in Wilmington have another station (besides Sea Comm)?
