The CBS 2026-27 season Thread

I don't get why CBS didn't just air repeats at 10PM during NFL season until now or make a post game show after the doubleheader and put 60 Minutes at 8PM or not air it when NFL Doubleheader happen. Is it because CBS never wanted complaints from the 60 Minutes viewers. I'll be watching Tracker & Matlock in the fall.

It is because CBS has damn little respectability left, and what remains is largely due to a tiny handful of other legacy programs like 60 Minutes, CBS Sunday Morning and Face The Nation. That reality makes them loathe to risk what's left of their reputation by playing fast and loose with 60M's football-season scheduling.
