The Central CA board is too quiet

This board is way too quiet, It's like watching paint dry, it's boring, but I guess it reflects Fresno Radio.
At least on the Bay Area board there's always discussion about talk shows, how go or bad they are, same with formats.
I'm surprised nobody has mention how terrible the new morning show at the Blaze is or the return of Spotman on the Fox.

Yes, this board is way too quiet. Fresno is way too quiet of a market for anything big to happen. I notice Rob, Arne and Dawn are on the Blaze. They are kind of annoying, but, they are doing well in Sacramento and Reno. 97.5 has the new format going and according to Dave, he says, it is doing real well. And I am not happy about having Coast to Coast on both KMJs (580 and 105.9) simultaneously. Other than that, who knows?

Yes, Rob, Arne, and Dawn are doing well in Sacramento and Reno and, if it didn't happen aready, are being added to KBRE 92.5 The Bear, Merced, but I think The Blaze made a mistake getting rid of Jen Lipp, but thats old news now.

Oh, I forgot to mention, Jack FM has been added in Bakersfield on 97.3 recently. I am so jealous!!! Boo Hoo! :-[ :-[ :-[

I feel your pain. Threads I've tracked and participated in are disappointingly quiet as well, i.e: Nassau/Suffolk (Long Island, NY), Denver/Boulder, New Mexico and Texas (West TX in particular). I would expect a little more noise on those boards, expecially from Denver & Long Island.

Recently threw some fat on the fire, blasting Denver's TV News shows, calling them silly. Got one response.

One more thing about B&T that "laugh track" they use constantly has always been extremely annoying to me.

You know what is extremely annoying to me? When Grizzlies baseball is on 105.5 The Truth, which is a "talk" station. When can't one of our many sports stations on the AM side broadcast it? There are four or five sports stations that I am aware of two of which are ESPN. Let's see....790,1340, 1400, 1430 and 1550 AM....Am I right???? Oh, Lets not forget 680 KNBR out of SF. That's six.
