I think WLIT should begin playing Christmas Music tomorrow as the snow falls. I bet their ratings would climb again. "Let It Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!
 
On the other hand, during the hottest summer days when temps were in the upper 90s & pavement was buckling on the Chicago expressways, Larry Lujack used to play "Sleigh Ride".
 
When Don Imus was a local AM drive jock on WNBC, New York got socked with an April blizzard. In response, Imus played Christmas music that morning.

Not sure if the stunt did much for WNBC's ratings. :)
