I said I would delete any replies to the HALL of Shame. It is not to be a conversation. Also...I don't want to see anything that will encourage the "Shamers"...parklane is already proud to be there (while it lasts). If you want to discuss the HoS with me, email me. There is no need to open up another thread about it.

parklane, you apparently have no sense of what this board is for. It is NOT a political board. It is NOT a board for you to espouse your own beliefs and condemn talk hosts (or other posters) for theirs. It is NOT a board for you to call someone a "hack" (or anything else) whatever their beliefs are. The tables could easily be turned on to you...and what would we have? Nothing but a hate filled slug fest.

That doesn't mean that the talk hosts get a free ride. It means be repsectful ON THIS BOARD. You don't have to like ANYBODY...but you MUST be respectful. You have proven time and time again you can't be. There are ways to discuss issues without getting personal and beligerant. And don't try to make yourself out to be something you are not. You do not know why you are "on probabtion". You seem to think that the Radio Stations have something to do with it. NO Radio Station employee, or Group Head, Program Director, Owner...none...are directing MY actions. You have outlived your welcome by being a pest. You are not a contributor of this boad, all you do is post about what bothers you politically and personally about these hosts...There is more to radio than that, and you are driving visitors away.

To radiotoo: As far as making the issue a positive one....We've tried. The trouble makers don't listen. I'm done being "nice"...as long as everyone follows the rules, I'll be as sweet as pie. You might even find I'm a likable guy.

I wasn't being critical of your intervention, I was suggesting that it be broader based. I love talking radio, hearing radio analysis and insights, and I'm contiually disappointed that the board seems to be used by people who have an axe to grind and enjoy hearing themselves fart. I'm fully in support of your crackdown.
