"The Hub" on cable aired the same Family Ties/Laverne & Shirley/Happy Days Christmas episodes Thursday. Only nice surprise in this lineup is The Brady Bunch since nobody's running the show anymore and the Christmas episode's a real classic. I'm just glad they don't run that awful Brady Bunch Christmas made-for-TV movie anymore.
A couple years ago their "Christmas Leftovers" under another name included an old "Lucy Show" Christmas episode that I hadn't seen since the show's Nick@Nite run, so Tribune has acquired some decent Christmas offerings in years-past. Too bad the same can't be said for 2010.
Actually, I think I saw the brady movie in the listings under TV Guide channel. I'm not sure though, I never watch that channel, it's just in the way as I go up the dial.
Yeah, I stopped and watched "A Very Brady Christmas" this year. It was on ABC Family on December 17th at 9 a.m.. After watching it, I have a new appreciation for Gary Cole in "The Brady Bunch Movie". He got Robert Reed's mannerisms down perfectly.
I have no life.
