The CTV Massacree moves to Montreal

For a city that has a CTV station with no repeaters or "A" stations, you would think Montreal's CFCF would make it okay...

Today, they announced that CFCF's 6AM live morning news and its morning newsbreaks have been cancelled immediately, with Canada AM now starting at 6AM.

"when it comes to news, CTV Montreal will still provide more of it than any English language station in the province."

...and less.

I get the part about the A channels not making money, but if CTV can't handle local english content in Montreal, they really shouldn't be in this business.

While they're at it, why not hire people that are afraid of a microphone because it's cheaper...
