The Cumulus/Citadel Merger - How It Could Affect Q100

Cumulus today decided on which of their "weakest links" (with respect to Anne Robinson) would be placed into divesture, in markets where Cumulus and Citadel overlap in signals, including Nashville. One of the two stations they will be placing into trust is I106 - home of the Q100/Atlanta-based "Bert Show."

With I106 no longer being Cumulus property, does this mean Bert will be losing Nashville?

Just depends on the trust's management. You do not have to be an O & O to carry a program. I bet it will be something like CC's trust: I doubt that the person running the trust will make a lot of "waves." Just another zombie station waiting to be sold or "reclaimed" by Cumulus.
