The CW renews six series

The CW Renews Six Series

The six series coming back in the fall are:
-Gossip Girl
-90210
-Smallville
-Supernatural
-One Tree Hill
-America's Next Top Model.

I am surprised to read that Smallville has been renewed for another season.

IMHO that show has been 'long in the tooth' for the past few years; a far cry from the creative program it was when it first aired in 2001.

Most of the original cast has moved on to other projects. Tom Welling is now in his 30s playing a 20-something cub reporter at the Daily Planet. (Anyone notice that he never graduated from college and earned a journalism or related degree, which normally is required to be hired at any newspaper ?)

The plot lines each week are getting more obsured. Even Allison Mack, who some have written deserved to be nominated for an Emmy Award, is starting to look like she's "calling it in."

Most importantly is that the ratings for the show has steadily declined over the years, but apparently it is drawing enough sponsors for CW to keep it on the air. ::)

I'll be as nice as I can for a radical liberal like you....YOUR WRONG COMPLETELY. UPN had no ratings and every show like Moesha, The Parkers, I can't remember the rest, (That's how popular they were) most failed miserably. Even among the black population who they specifically targeted...But if they can come up with a show next season called Morons in Outer Space, I would at least give It a try.
