The CW's 4kids block

First, Disney sponsorship on ABC and UPN, then 4-kids on Fox and the CW, and finally Qubo on NBC and Ion....What's next, KEWLopolis on CBS and My Network TV? (Might as well, just so MNTV stations won't hafta look so hard for E/I programming.)

That said, people always that the current 4-kids TV lineup is more of a syndicated deal than a Fox exclusivity. Will that be the case with this new block on the CW? Speaking of which, are there any stations that currently air Kids' WB but not CW primetime shows?

WUPA (CW) Atlanta airs Kids WB on Sunday mornings. WAGA (Fox) has never aired 4Kids, but opts to air (gasp!) quality educational programming to meet its E/I requirement (WUPA does so as well for about an hour). Everybody else uses the crappy network programming to do so (although WSB-TV produces a local high-school quiz show, "High Q", for 30 minute of that requirement). Fox Kids aired on WATL during its tenure as a Fox affilate (1986-1994) and for several years after. 4 Kids will likely air on WUPA after the merger.

I don't know who is behind CBS' kids show effort. Disney owns ABC (so that one is a given), and qubo is a JV of NBC Universal, Ion, and Scholastic Books. (CBS had a partnership with Nick Jr. back when they were sister entities, and NBC had a deal with the Discovery Kids channel.)
