Pretty much. While there is inevitable overlap in music among the local classic rock stations, WDTW does lean heavier on 80s rock. Comparing playlists (http://www.yes.com/#WDTW?chart vs http://www.yes.com/#WCSX?chart), you can see a contrast of roughly 10 or more years in median age of the songs played.

Don't get me wrong, I like the station. Started listening online. I find the Next generation line annoying. PLAY the music. Kick some ass....and please don't bury me with Led Zeppelin.
