The "danciest" state in the US

nd2023

After the DTV transition, New Jersey is now the only state where you can drive its entire length, and listen to a dance station.

Based on the NJ Turnpike...

- going over the Delaware Memorial Bridge to about exit 3 is Super 91.7 (WMPH)
- around exit 2 to about exit 8 is Z 88.9 (WBZC)
- and now, thanks to DTV, Pulse 87 starts coming in more to the south! (from what I've been hearing, around exit 9 or so...give or take).

And actually you can REALLY stretch this out on I-95 into Connecticut since Pulse 87 reaches out to, around, Stratford (exit 30) and Party 105 (with the exception of that classical station from Stratford to Westport) can go as far out as exit 69 (Old Saybrook).

So, I'm guessing, about 200 miles of dance music on one highway? :)

Ummm, that's great and all but is Pulse 87's signal any better in Manhattan, or Newark? You know, places that actually count in the ratings.

Not sure if the signal is better in Manhattan, but if that pirate on 87.9 wasn't around in Newark, then you would get Pulse in great. Coming from Binghamton, I did pick up Pulse on Route 17 in Monticello but had a better reception in Middletown heading towards the thruway.
