There was a shooting outside of the Zen night club last night. I understand Zen was hosting a WAMO event at the time.

If you worked at WAMO how would you feel about this and what, if any, responsibility do you have to prevent such incidents?

First responsibility: set a dress code. Stick to it. People dressed thuggishly will act thuggishly.

And people wonder why I always point out how tough it is to sell Urban.... one incident like this will affect 100 potential clients.
